Review Petition: Sharif Family ask for delay in hearing - Movingtrend

A review petition is recorded by the Sharif Family against the 28 July verdict of the Supreme Court, but now the Ex-premier children ask for the delay in the hearing of the review petitions on the Panamagate case. The hearing of the review petition is scheduled to begin on
Tuesday, September 12.
The hearing of the review petition is headed by Justice Ejaz Afzal. A three-member bench of the Supreme Court consists of Justice Ejaz Afzal, Justice Azmat Saeed and Justice Ijazul Ahsan. Review petition was filed by the members of the Sharif Family and Finance Minister Ishaq Dar.
The delay request is submitted by the Maryam Nawaz and her two brothers on Monday to the Supreme Court. The request proposed five member-bench in place of three-member bench to hear the Review Petition and delay in slated hearing as well. (

This review petition is filed against the 28 July verdict of the Supreme Court which disqualified the premier Nawaz Sharif. This verdict is stated by the five member bench.
The filed application said that "In terms of the legal and constitutional dispensation of the State of Pakistan, a learned bench of lesser strength cannot upset or preempt the decision of a larger bench of this august court." The strength of the bench should be the same.
In August the Nawaz Sharifs Family suspecting the July 28 verdict of the apex court and filed a review petition to direct the future proceeding in the trial court. According to the article 203 of the constitution only the High Court could scrutinize the lower judiciary.
A stay applications is also presented in the court for the suspension of the final operation of the July 28 decision. National Accountability Bureau ordered to organized the corruptions references against the petitioners.
The review petition challenges the Supreme Court decision and it was scheduled to hear on Tuesday, September 12. Now Sharif Family requested to delay in hearing of the Review Petition.
