Samsung Galaxy Note 8 battery issue has been reported by the users on Samsung’s Community Forums. Users reported that the battery could not charge once their battery reaches zero percent.

Last year Samsung Galaxy Note 7 was also reported battery related vulnerability. Samsung Galaxy Note blast was reported across the world. The South Korean Giant Company recognizes the issue and can be hoped to offer the warranty replacement.
The users of the Samsung Galaxy Note 8 have reported battery issues on Samsung’s Community Forums. The users posted that the battery of Galaxy Note 8 don’t accept charge after their battery drains completely. Galaxy Note 8 becomes absolutely unresponsive and its LED notification light does not show any sign of charging when connected to genuine charger. Some users used different methods to make the device responsive to turn on their devices by booting into recovery menu by holding down Volume Up, Home/Bixby, and Power keys at the same time but no response produced.
A Samsung moderator ‘SamsungMel' on its US Community Forums clearly acknowledged the issue and said: ” This particular problem with the Note 8 not turning on is definitely something that we want to get addressed immediately.”
Some users at PiunikaWeb also posted that the issue is not carrier specific as users of networks like Sprint, T-Mobile, and Verizon have also reported same issue.
Samsaung has not officially announced the cause of this issue. May be this issue is the result of some kind of software bug. Samsung is offering fixes and exchange services for the smartphones yet under warranty.
